SDR for Fast-Growing Startup

We are a venture-backed startup selling our sales productivity platform to real estate companies in the US. We found product-market fit. We have a well-defined ICP and have a list of leads and contact info. Now we are looking to scale our outbound sales motion by bringing in a Senior SDR. We tried part-time SDRs, but it didn't work. This time, we want to bring a person to our team. If this sounds like you we would like to set up an intro call. Job Requirments: - English language skills at NATIVE level or similar (this is critical and non-negotiable) - Ability to cold call prospects between 8am ET to 2pm ET - Proactive self-starter, who's not waiting for permissions - Shares our passion for our product and long term vision to turn Agently into a unicorn We offer very attractive compensation model and growth opportunities.
