SDR for Fast-Growing Startup

We are a venture-backed startup selling our sales productivity platform to real estate companies in the US. We found product-market fit. We have a well-defined ICP and have a list of leads and contact info. Now we are looking to scale our outbound sales motion by bringing in a Senior SDR. We tried part-time SDRs, but it didn't work.
