We're looking for an organized, personable, and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us generate qualified consultations. Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to prospects from our CRM using provided scripts and messaging. Qualify prospects and schedule consultation appointments with our team. Manage responses to email campaigns and continue conversations with interested prospects. Maintain accurate notes and contact records in GoHighLevel (GHL). Execute follow-up activities to maximize appointment conversions. Help maintain a clean and organized sales pipeline. Requirements Previous B2B sales, SDR, or appointment-setting experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Comfortable making outbound cold calls and handling objections. Professional phone presence and positive attitude. Experience using CRM software (GoHighLevel experience is a plus). Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Compensation This position includes: Competitive hourly base pay. Performance bonuses paid through Upwork based on agreed-upon KPIs.
