SEO Specialist for Agency

We are hiring one Philippines-based solo SEO specialist / full-stack SEO operator to work under our agency brand. This starts as a contractor role, but there is room to grow into a long-term or full-time SEO position if the working relationship is strong. This is not for agencies, teams, resellers, or people who outsource the work. We are looking for one individual who personally knows SEO at a high level and can actually do the work. We work with local service businesses, ecommerce businesses, B2B companies, small businesses, mid-sized businesses, and larger companies. Some projects are brand-new websites we build. Others are existing websites that need SEO repair, better rankings, stronger content, technical cleanup, local SEO, backlink strategy, or a full SEO foundation. We need someone who can take a website, understand the business, identify what needs to be done, build the SEO plan, execute the work, manage deadlines, and report progress without needing constant supervision. You should be strong across the complete SEO workflow, including technical SEO, local SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research, content planning, content optimization, Google Business Profile optimization, citations, link building, audits, tracking, reporting, and strategy. We do not want someone who only knows one small part of SEO. We need someone who can look at a website and know what needs to happen, what matters most, what is wasting time, and what will actually improve rankings, traffic, and leads. You may need to join client calls under our agency brand, so strong English is required. You must be able to explain SEO clearly and professionally. Important: We have already interviewed SEO applicants who could not prove their work, could not explain their process, or clearly did not know what they were doing. Do not apply if you are guessing, using vague SEO buzzwords, or relying on fake screenshots. You must be able to show real proof of real SEO work. Screenshots alone are not enough. We may ask for live proof, a Loom walkthrough, or a live call where you show actual SEO results and explain what you personally did. You should be able to show: * Real websites or campaigns you personally worked on * Before-and-after performance * What the starting problem was * What you personally did * What tools you used * What results came from the work Do not apply if: * You are an agency, team, or reseller * Someone else will be doing the work * You only know basic SEO * You cannot show real proof * You need step-by-step babysitting * You use spammy SEO tactics * You promise guaranteed rankings * You cannot communicate clearly in English * You cannot manage your own work At the top of your application, write: “Solo SEO Operator — Philippines” Applications that do not include this phrase will be ignored.
