SMM for an anime-inspired apparel and lingerie brand

Our community doesn't want polished corporate posts — they want the memes, the inside jokes, and the content that makes them screenshot and share. We've built a real business on that voice, and now we're looking for the person who carries it forward. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 Our Social Media Manager owns how MoeFlavor shows up across Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, and Pinterest. You'll create the posts, run the community, manage our affiliate and content-creator programs, and use the numbers to double down on what's working. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼 - Create memes and posts that sound like us — funny, bold, and tuned to each platform - Schedule and publish across IG, FB, X, and Pinterest - Run community engagement: comments, DMs, mentions, reposts - Manage the affiliate program (GoAffPro) and recruit/coordinate content creators - Track engagement and analytics — spot what's working vs. what's dead, and adjust fast 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗜𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂 🔥 Are genuinely funny and not afraid to be a little controversial — you get edgy internet humor and know where the line is 📊 Live on Instagram and know its analytics cold (reach, engagement, saves, story metrics) 👀 Can look at a feed and instantly tell what's performing and what isn't 💬 Communicate well with a remote, cross-timezone team (we run on Slack + Asana) 🚀 Move quickly, take ownership, and don't need hand-holding 🌐 Understand meme culture and online communities from the inside, not from a textbook 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 Experience managing affiliate or creator programs Familiarity with Pinterest, GoAffPro, Discord, and scheduling tools 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 ✨ Send us your portfolio or handles of accounts you've run, plus a few of your favorite posts you made and why they worked.
