Native or bilingual Spanish is required. *** I am looking for a highly motivated, aggressive Lead Generation Freelancer or Boutique Agency to manage and scale acquisition campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads) for our language and education academies. We do NOT care about vanity metrics like CPC or CTR. Our only metric is ROI (Revenue vs. Ad Spend). Note: You do NOT need to worry about complex API integrations or offline tracking setup. Our internal technical team will handle the infrastructure to feed enrollment data from our custom CRM back into Meta/Google algorithms. Your ONLY focus will be: 1. High-Frequency Creative Testing: Constantly and aggressively testing new image/video ads, angles, hooks, and copywriting to lower customer acquisition costs. 2. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Improving our landing pages to ensure the maximum number of visitors click our WhatsApp contact button. 3. Scale: Maximize the volume of high-intent leads for our sales team. Requirements: * Proven track record in Lead Generation for physical businesses, local marketing, or schools/academies. * Absolute mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and creative testing methodologies. * High energy, proactive mindset, and focus on ROI. 💬 Mandatory Screening Questions (Please answer in SPANISH): 1.
