SPIN-Certified Sales Closer / Appointment Setter

We are PathCaribbean, a Commercial and residential lead generation company serving the solar industry in Jamaica. We generate highly qualified warm leads for our client SunPath Caribbean, and we are looking for a professional, Jamaica-based sales closer and appointment setter to convert these leads into booked consultations. You will not be prospecting. You will receive warm, pre-qualified leads and your job is to close them into appointments using our proven script. What We Provide You (The Leads) Every lead we pass to you has gone through a rigorous qualification process. Here's what you'll typically receive: Full contact details — name, phone, email, company name, and property/location Property info — including whether we're speaking with the business or building owner (we specifically target decision-makers, not tenants) Energy profile — on over 70% of leads, we obtain and provide a copy of the prospect's electricity bill in advance, so you can walk in knowing their costs and potential savings before the call Buying intent — all leads originate from our proprietary B2B intent data, identifying businesses already researching solar solutions, followed by a structured email and LinkedIn outreach campaign Lead exclusivity — every lead is exclusive to SunPath Caribbean and never shared with competitors Project timeline & financing interest — where provided by the prospect, including interest in $0 upfront or Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) financing options Appointments are booked directly into the client's calendar via Calendly (or preferred platform). You will be coordinating with our Campaign Manager to schedule and confirm meetings smoothly.
