STR/Airbnb/Pricelabs - Pricing Expert

PriceLabs Revenue Management Expert (Vacation Rentals) We're looking for an experienced PriceLabs pricing specialist to optimize several underperforming short-term rental listings. Responsibilities: Audit existing PriceLabs settings and pricing strategy Optimize base prices, seasonal pricing, minimum stays, orphan gaps, and booking lead time Improve occupancy while maximizing ADR and RevPAR Identify why listings are underperforming and provide actionable recommendations Monitor performance and make ongoing pricing adjustments Requirements: Proven experience managing PriceLabs for Airbnb/VRBO portfolios Strong understanding of STR revenue management and market trends Ability to analyze listing performance and implement data-driven pricing strategies Experience with Hostaway is a plus Please include: A brief overview of your PriceLabs experience Portfolio size you've managed Results you've achieved (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR improvements) - If you have done for Las Vegas is a plus We're looking for someone who can quickly identify opportunities and improve listing performance with minimal oversight.
