SaaS Distribution Assistant for Shopify Apps, Reddit, Facebook Groups, and Lead Research

Title: SaaS Distribution Assistant for Shopify Apps, Reddit, Facebook Groups, and Lead Research We are building a portfolio of Shopify apps and micro-SaaS products for ecommerce operators, Shopify merchants, and SaaS founders. We need a reliable part-time distribution assistant to help with community research, lead research, competitor tracking, Reddit and Facebook group monitoring, and careful reply drafting. This is not a spam role. We do not want someone who blasts links everywhere. We need someone who can research properly, understand context, and help us enter relevant conversations in a useful way. Products include: * A Shopify app for delivery risk, ETA visibility, and order issue prevention * A Shopify and ecommerce tool for chargebacks, refund threats, and dispute evidence * A SaaS feedback, roadmap, changelog, and product decision tool * Additional micro-SaaS products for ecommerce and SaaS operators Hours: 20 hours per week to start Budget: $5 to $7 per hour Responsibilities: * Find relevant Reddit threads, Facebook group posts, Shopify merchant discussions, and ecommerce communities * Track posts where merchants discuss delivery problems, order tracking, fulfilment delays, chargebacks, refund disputes, angry customers, and support issues * Build clean spreadsheets of leads, agencies, communities, competitors, and discussion opportunities * Draft helpful, non-spammy replies for approval * Research Shopify agencies, ecommerce consultants, fulfilment consultants, store operators, and SaaS communities * Track competitor positioning and keywords * Prepare daily and weekly distribution reports * Follow SOPs and avoid spammy behaviour Required skills: * Excellent written English * Strong internet research ability * Good spreadsheet discipline * Familiarity with Shopify, ecommerce, SaaS, Reddit, Facebook groups, or online communities * Ability to follow detailed instructions * Good judgement around when not to post * Reliable daily communication Bonus skills: * Shopify experience * Reddit research experience * Facebook group marketing experience * SaaS or ecommerce lead generation * Customer support or VA experience * Familiarity with Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, Slack, Trello, or ChatGPT To apply, answer these questions: 1.
