UK B2B Appointment Setter — Commercial Cleaning

Overview: We are a UK commercial cleaning company booking consultations with business owners and facilities managers across UK cities. Your job is simple — call UK businesses from our provided lists, get through to the decision maker, deliver a short pitch and book them into our online calendar. You are not closing deals. You are booking qualified consultations. What you will do: Call UK businesses from targeted lists we provide — offices, law firms, medical practices, accountants, warehouses and professional services firms. Speak to gatekeepers and navigate to the decision maker. Deliver a short 90-second pitch. Book interested prospects into our Calendly link. Log every call outcome in HubSpot CRM. Move on to the next call. Target is 60 to 80 dials per 3-hour session. What success looks like: 8 to 15 booked consultations per month minimum. Quality over speed — a booked consultation with a genuine decision maker is worth more than 10 calls where you rushed through the list. What we provide: Full call script and objection handling guide. Targeted call lists segmented by city and business type — you will never cold-source your own leads. HubSpot CRM access with a simple logging template. Calendly booking link. Full onboarding and script training before your first call. What we need from you: Proven B2B cold calling experience — UK market experience strongly preferred. Clear, neutral English accent with strong professional phone manner. Reliable internet connection and quiet calling environment. Headset with noise cancellation. Ability to work UK business hours — 9am to 12pm or 10am to 1pm UK time. Comfortable with high volume calling — this is a numbers game and rejection is part of the job. Hours and pay: 3 hours per day, 5 days per week. £7 per hour base — approximately £455 per month. Performance bonus of £15 per attended consultation that results in a proposal being sent. Top performers earning base plus bonuses will earn £600 to £800 per month.
