Sales Agents-Commission Based

Make outbound calls to trucking companies using the provided lead database Clearly and professionally explain our compliance and training services Follow approved scripts and the defined sales process Convert both cold and hot leads into successful sales Accurately update CRM with call notes, follow-ups, and sales status Maintain a minimum daily login schedule aligned with U.S. time zones Actively make outbound calls during US logged-in hours and close sales Attend mandatory daily stand-up calls Submit a daily work report outlining call activity and sales performance Sales agents are required to make a minimum of 75 outbound calls per day and achieve at least 2 successful sales per day. Compensation: $30 per successful sale Payment released after every 2 successful sales ($60 payout cycle) in a week time Commission-only role (No hourly pay / No fixed salary
