Summary

We are looking for a performance-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. Your main goal is to manage our inbound lead flow, filter high-quality prospects, and ensure our Closers have a full calendar of confirmed/quality calls. 💼Tasks: - Reach out to inbound leads via calling and messaging. - Qualify warm leads based on specific criteria (BANT) - Confirm already booked calls and schedule new calls - Manage follow-ups to ensure a high "Show-up" rate - Maintain leads lists up to date - Redirect potential sales leads to the closers 🎯Requirements: - Excellent in English is a must ✔️ - Previous experience in Appointment Setting or Sales Qualification - Familiarity with CRMs, email and calendar management - A great attitude: High energy, proactive, and sales oriented🏆 Plus: If you're a football passionate this could be a great match for you ⚽ Compensation & Metrics: 1) Weekly Metrics: Generate 5 Sales per week (22 per month) Qualify (BANT) 40 scheduled calls (CS) (= 1 per hour) +50% Show Up Rate of your qualified CS +13% closing rate of your qualified CS +90% expected quality confirmed rate of "CS Responded" (during your shift + across team) = know if CS high, middle, low quality or unclosable 2) Compensation $2000 per month From 23rd Sale in the month onwards, 5% commission on each new sale (on average $100 per sale) To ensure your application is considered, please start your message with the word "Goal".
