Summary

We are Opevion (opevion.com) — an Operations Partner currently operating from Hong Kong that runs fully managed “Operations Pods” for physical product brands ($1M–$10M revenue). Our team has successfully built and scaled multiple businesses across fashion, consumer products, hardware, supply chain, and beauty. Opevion is our new initiative, and building strong human partnerships remains at the heart of what we do. We help founders run their entire operations (fulfillment, customer support, supplier management, reporting, and more) through a dedicated team and advanced systems, so they can focus fully on growth. We are looking to establish a long-term business presence in the UK and are seeking a UK-based Sales & Business Development Partner who wants to build something meaningful with us. This is not a typical freelance role. We are looking for someone who is interested in a long-term partnership and has the ambition to grow with us as we build our UK operations. What you’ll do (starting phase): • Generate and qualify leads for our Operations Pod services • Book discovery calls with founders of physical product brands • Represent Opevion and communicate the value of our managed operations model • Hand over qualified opportunities to the core team Compensation (Starting Structure): • Monthly retainer: £500 • Commission: 15–20% of revenue from clients you bring in • Clear path to increase the retainer significantly as results are delivered. This will be discussed and formally documented when we sign the first contract. Important Note: We are offering a lower starting retainer because we want to build a genuine long-term partnership. We are looking for someone who understands this and is willing to take calculated risks in exchange for the opportunity to earn significantly higher long-term rewards as the partnership grows. Long-term Vision: We are interested in establishing a real business presence in the UK. For the right person, this role has the potential to evolve into a deeper business partnership. Ideal candidate: • Based in the United Kingdom • Has experience in B2B sales or business development • Is entrepreneurial and interested in building something long-term rather than just completing tasks • Wants recurring income now + the opportunity to grow into a real business partner role • Preferably has some understanding of business operations, e-commerce, or physical product brands If you are looking for more than just another freelance gig and want to be part of building Opevion’s presence in the UK as a long-term partner, we would love to speak with you.
