We're looking for a freelance Sales & Business Development Partner to help us grow our custom travel experiences, group trips, retreats, and corporate offsites. This is not a traditional sales role. We design custom journeys, curated group trips, retreats, and team offsites that prioritize connection, culture, and transformation. What You'll Do Business Development & Lead Generation - Identify and research potential clients and partners - Build relationships with aligned communities, organizations, and brands - Develop outreach strategies for new business opportunities - Generate leads for custom travel, group trips, retreats, and corporate offsites Sales & Client Conversion - Respond to inquiries and nurture leads - Conduct discovery calls when appropriate - Follow up consistently with prospects - Help move leads through the sales process - Support closing sales and securing bookings Partnership Development - Build relationships with wellness communities, creators, companies, and organizations - Identify opportunities for collaborations and referral partnerships - Help fill group trips through strategic partnerships Sales Operations - Maintain CRM records and lead tracking - Monitor pipeline activity - Provide recommendations to improve sales processes and conversion rates Ideal Candidate You are: - A strong communicator and relationship builder - Comfortable with outreach and follow-up Self-directed and proactive - Organized and detail-oriented - Interested in travel, wellness, personal growth, or experiential events - Experienced in sales, business development, partnerships, or client success Bonus if you have experience selling: - High-ticket services - Retreats or events - Luxury or experiential travel - Corporate retreats or team offsites Compensación - This role combines hourly compensation and performance-based incentives. Hourly Rate Approximately $8-$10 USD per hour depending on experience and location Commission Structure - Group Trips and Retreats: $100 per confirmed traveler - Custom Trips: 7% of net profit on trip total - Corporate Off-sites: 7% of contract value - Commission is paid after the traveler has after the final payment deadline has passed and traveler has went on trip to avoid issues of cancellation. Commitment - Part-time freelance - Flexible hours - Remote - Approximately 10 hours per week to start, with opportunity to grow Success in This Role Looks Like - Consistent lead generation - Strong follow-up and relationship management Increased bookings across custom travel, group trips, retreats, and off-sites - New partnership opportunities that drive sustainable growth - Upbeat, warm, and inviting personality - Fluent English to communicate with U.S. clients
