Sales : Caller for Real; Estate, Outbound

Summary Cold Caller for real estate company based in USA. Must be able to work 25-35 hours per week mostly Mon-Fri and some Sats (not always on Sat) Be available 9am-7pm EST... you have some flexibility...need to work 7ish hours in that time frame. Requirements: -Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) -Comfortable making outbound calls (this is required) -Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented -Ability to follow systems but also think independently -Reliable internet and quiet calling environment -Quality internet, computer and mic -Experience with real estate, cold calling, or vendor management is a plus (not required) -Ability to track your time -Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) -CRM (Podio, REsimpli, or similar) -Dialer or phone system (provided) -Slack / email for communication Deliverables -Call potential leads and follow up -Track leads and close deals -Text and email potential sellers -Work with existing vendors -Solve problems as they arise
