Sales Closer (Commission-Based) — US Local Businesses

Summary

We are looking for someone who is a US based person expert in closing sales calls with US based local businesses. •The job will be to take our booked appointments and run sales calls with local US business owners to close them for our Behalf. • Running discovery calls to understand their problems, goals, and budget. • Presenting our offer clearly and handling objections with confidence. • Closing deals and turning interested leads into paying clients. • Keeping track of deals and pipeline in CRM or Sheets. • We provide the booked appointments — you are expected to consistently convert them into paying clients. Compensation: This is a commission-based role. You earn 15% of every deal you close, with no cap — the more you close, the more you earn. The candidate should have experience in closing service-based or high-ticket deals over phone/Zoom and converting qualified leads into paying clients. Few questions to qualify yourself. Expecting 30-40% of standard closing rate. 1) If a dental clinic owner on the call says "I've tried Meta Ads before and it didn't bring results." How do you handle this objection and move toward the close? 2) Tell us the one unique skill you have for this job in one sentence. 3) If you are able to show us the results that we want, are you willing to commit to this job full time as a sales closer? 4) Why do you think you are suitable for this task?
