Sales Closer / Consultant with Ecommerce Background

We’re looking for a sharp sales consultant/closer to review our B2B sales calls and help us improve close rate, deal control, and consistency. This is a hands-on role. You’ll be analyzing real calls and giving direct, actionable feedback not generic coaching. What You'll Do - Review weekly B2B sales calls and pinpoint exactly where deals are won or lost - Identify gaps in qualification, discovery depth, positioning, and objection handling - Provide direct, no-fluff coaching on how to improve each stage of the conversation - Rewrite critical parts of the sales call with clear, word-for-word improvements that can be used immediately - Guide deal strategy on active opportunities (how to position, handle objections, and move the prospect to close) - When needed, join calls or support in real-time to help push deals forward and improve close outcomes - Deliver a short weekly report with key insights, patterns, and one clear focus to improve closing performance - Help refine and standardize the sales process into a repeatable, high-converting system What We’re Looking For - Strong B2B sales background - Proven track record improving close rates - Experience with Amazon-related services (agency, FBA, aggregators, etc.) - You know how to break down a call and pinpoint what actually moves deals forward - Direct communicator (clear, not fluffy, not abrasive) - Strong writing, your scripts should sound natural and high-converting - Available during US Central Timezone
