Sales Closer: Convert Qualified Leads from Cold Email Outreach (Ecom/Amazon Services)

We're a growing agency with a strong in-house lead generation team running cold email outreach, our SDRs consistently qualify and book calls with interested prospects. We're now looking for an experienced closer to take over from the point of a booked call and close deals. You'll be handling calls with pre-qualified prospects (no prospecting or cold outreach required on your end), so this role is 100% focused on consultative selling, objection handling, and closing. Since leads come from cold email rather than inbound/warm channels, you should be comfortable working with prospects who are qualified but need more context-setting and trust-building early in the call, not just following up on inbound interest. Compensation: hourly base + performance bonus per closed deal (both paid in USD via Upwork).
