CLOSER / DEMO SPECIALIST Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM (PST), Monday through Friday Reports to: Owner and Founder MUST SUBMIT RESUME AND VOICE RECORDING TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE Instructions for recording - Introduce yourself - Share a brief overview of your B2B closing or sales experience, including the types of products or services you have sold and how you run a sales conversation - Answer this question: "A business owner says the price is too high and they are not sure it will work for them. Walk me through how you would handle that on the call." THE ROLE We are hiring a sales closer to run live product demos and close home service business owners onto ExecuteLeads.ai, an AI Yelp autoresponder built for contractors. This is a fully remote role with a California based company. You will take warm demo appointments booked by our SDR team, run a screen-share walkthrough of the live platform, present a custom proposal built for that prospect, handle objections in real time, and close the deal, then hand the new client to operations for onboarding. You report directly to our Owner and Founder. ExecuteLeads.ai is a fully customizable AI autoresponder that replies to a contractor's Yelp leads within seconds, qualifies the customer, follows up until they respond, and pushes the lead toward a phone call or a booked job. This is a B2B product sold directly to home service owners across the country, including plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, painters, roofers, fencing companies, plasterers, movers, and pest control operators. These owners have already paid for their Yelp leads. They lose jobs to slow follow-up, and they waste hours on tire-kickers. Once they watch the system work on real conversations, the value is clear. Your job is to run that demo cleanly and close. RESPONSIBILITIES - Take demo appointments booked and confirmed by the SDR team - Open with a short, warm intro and quickly build rapport and credibility - Run discovery to surface the owner's Yelp pain, job value, and current spend - Share your screen and walk real, current client conversations, never cherry picked, showing instant response, diagnostic questions, follow-up cadence, and the escalation text to the owner's phone - When available, present a custom proposal built for that prospect covering their recommended Yelp spend, their competitive landscape (area demand, competitor spend, lead counts, ratings), and recommended packages, and use it to justify the budget and drive the close - Build live ROI math on the call and tie the system directly to more closed jobs - Handle objections in real time (not now, price, proof, trust, hard sell) using our free-trial and risk-reversal framework - Close using the 30-day trial structure, set the recommended Yelp budget, and place the client on the correct pricing tier - Hand each closed client to our Operations Manager with clean notes, then confirm the agreement, invoice, and questionnaire go out same day - Hit weekly close targets and keep accurate pipeline records COMPENSATION Compensation for this role will be determined by the Owner. SCOPE OF THE ROLE This position owns the demo and the close. SDRs sit in front of you and set the appointments. Operations sits behind you and runs onboarding and AI training. You set the Yelp budget and the pricing tier at close, and you report directly to the Owner and Founder. You are measured on show-to-close rate, closed accounts, and the Yelp budget you set at close. TRAINING AND RAMP You will not be dropped in cold. We train you on the full process end to end: how the demo runs, how to walk the platform and the real conversations, how to read and present the custom proposal, our discovery and objection-handling frameworks, the pricing tiers, and the guarantee and risk-reversal structure. We also give you the operational and product knowledge you need to sell with confidence, how the AI autoresponder actually works, how Yelp leads flow, how onboarding and the handoff to operations work, and the strategies our top closes have in common. You learn the system, the product, and the close before you are expected to carry a full pipeline. SCHEDULE AND STRUCTURE Full-time, fully remote, 9 AM to 5 PM PST, Monday through Friday, aligned with our California office hours. A reliable internet connection, a quiet environment, a professional phone setup, and a clean screen-share setup are required. WHAT WE PROVIDE - Warm demo appointments booked and confirmed by our SDR team, so you are not cold-calling - Full training on our process, product, and close, plus ongoing operational and strategy coaching - Access to the live platform with real client data to demo from - Custom proposals built for your prospects when available, covering their Yelp spend recommendation, competitive landscape, and recommended packages, so you walk into the demo with the numbers already in hand - A recorded library of closed demos, plus discovery, objection-handling, and close frameworks - The pricing tiers, guarantee, and risk-reversal structure to close with - A defined handoff to operations so you stay focused on closing - Direct access to the Owner and Founder, who you report to and learn the close from WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Fluent English, spoken and written, with a clear, confident phone presence - Two or more years of B2B closing, demo, or consultative sales experience - Comfortable running a live screen-share demo and narrating it cleanly - Able to read a competitive proposal and sell from it, tying spend, competitor data, and ROI to the customer's money out loud - Strong real-time objection handling and calm under pushback - Consultative, not pushy, able to build trust fast with small business owners - Coachable, willing to learn our process and apply feedback - Comfortable owning the budget and pricing decision at close - Self-directed, organized, able to manage a pipeline without daily supervision - Reliable, punctual, and consistent - Preferred: experience selling to contractors, trades, or local small businesses - Preferred: genuine interest in AI and sales technology - No prior experience with our product or industry is required ABOUT US We are a California based company that works with home service contractors and specializes in Yelp performance from top to bottom. We help clients respond faster than anyone in their service area using a custom AI autoresponder built for their business, so they stop losing jobs to slow follow-up. A NOTE ON THE ROLE This is the closing seat, the point where interested owners become paying clients. It is a high-trust, high-impact role with a direct path into senior sales and team leadership for closers who perform.
