Sales Closer Needed for Online Course Company | Car Sales Experience Preferred

We are an online course production and marketing company helping experts, coaches, and creators turn their knowledge into polished courses, funnels, and marketing systems. Our goal is to find a long-term Sales Closer who can grow with our company, help us close more deals, and become a key part of our sales team. We are not looking for a one-off freelancer. We want someone reliable, hungry, coachable, and committed to building something big with us over time. We are looking for an experienced Sales Closer to help follow up with leads, book calls, handle sales conversations, and close deals for our online course and marketing services. Car sales experience is strongly preferred. If you have sold cars before, understand follow-up, urgency, objections, and how to close real conversations, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities include: * Following up with warm leads * Booking and confirming sales calls * Taking sales calls when needed * Closing deals for online course production and marketing services * Handling objections professionally * Keeping track of leads, follow-ups, and deal status * Communicating clearly with our internal team * Helping improve our sales process over time * Sending daily updates on leads, calls, and next steps What we are looking for: * Proven sales experience * Car sales experience is a major plus * Strong communication skills * Comfortable talking to business owners, coaches, experts, and creators * Able to follow up consistently without being reminded * Good written English * Strong spoken English * Organized, reliable, and professional * Hungry to grow and improve * Able to work independently and stay accountable Compensation: This is a commission-based role. Commission structure depends on how much support is needed from our founder during the sales process: * 5% commission if our founder is involved in both calls * 7% commission if our founder is only involved in the second call * 10% commission if you handle the process fully and our founder is hands-off This role is best for someone who understands that sales is about follow-up, trust, timing, and asking the right questions. We do not want someone who just waits for leads to magically close themselves. We need someone proactive who can move conversations forward and help turn interest into revenue. Please apply with: 1.
