Our goal is to help business owners obtain the financing they need while giving our sales team an incredible opportunity to build a rewarding career. ## What You'll Do * Make outbound calls to business owners. * Follow up with warm leads and prospective clients. * Identify financing needs and educate clients on our funding programs. * Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service. * Schedule consultations and assist clients throughout the funding process. * Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities within our CRM. * Work closely with our funding specialists to help clients successfully secure financing. ## What We're Looking For * Fluent in both **English and Spanish** (required). * Previous sales, customer service, call center, or business development experience preferred. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated with a positive attitude. * Goal-oriented and driven to earn commissions. * Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet access. * Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively. ## Compensation & Earning Potential We believe great performance should be rewarded. * Competitive base pay (where applicable). * **Earn up to $200 in commission for every successful funding.** * Weekly and monthly performance bonuses. * Ongoing incentives and contests. * Leadership and advancement opportunities as we continue to grow. **Many of our top-performing consultants earn thousands of US dollars per week through commissions and bonuses.
