We are seeking part-time, commission-based sales closers with expertise in NEPQ and Go High Level for the home design industry. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales and be skilled in zoom, phone, text and email communication. Fractional Head of Sales Operations (GoHighLevel + NEPQ + Luxury Consultative Sales) Part-Time | Remote | Commission + Consulting About Urban Loop Studio Urban Loop Studio is a luxury residential design studio specializing in custom homes, high-end remodels, additions, and interior design. We believe clients don't hire us simply for drawings—they hire us to protect the integrity of their vision from the first design decision to the last. We're building something different. Rather than simply hiring a salesperson, we're building a repeatable Sales Operating System that combines consultative selling (NEPQ), GoHighLevel automation, AI, and continuous improvement. If you enjoy building systems as much as closing deals, this role is for you. About the Role I'm looking for someone who can become my strategic sales partner. Initially, this is a part-time consulting role (approximately 10–15 hours per week) with commission opportunities as we begin closing projects. Your mission is not simply to close sales. Your mission is to build a scalable luxury sales organization. As we grow, this role has the potential to evolve into Head of Sales or VP of Sales. What You'll Do Sales Conduct high-ticket discovery consultations Follow and refine our NEPQ-based consultation process Recommend appropriate service packages Present investment ranges Lead Design Strategy Review meetings Close qualified prospects Sales Operations Refine and improve our Sales Operating System Build decision trees Create repeatable sales processes Improve proposal workflow Optimize conversion rates Identify bottlenecks GoHighLevel Optimize CRM structure Improve pipelines Build automations Create dashboards Improve lead scoring Build reporting Voice of Customer One of the most important parts of this role. You'll: Review Zoom consultations Identify buying patterns Identify objections Analyze why deals are won Analyze why deals are lost Recommend improvements to: Website messaging Marketing Sales process Service packages Pricing presentation I want our sales system becoming smarter after every consultation. Continuous Improvement This is NOT a "follow the script" role. I'm looking for someone who enjoys asking questions like: "How could this consultation be better?" "Why are clients hesitating here?" "Can we automate this?" "Can we simplify this?" "Can we improve the buyer's experience?" Must Have High-ticket consultative sales experience ($20k–$250k+ services) Experience selling professional services (architecture, design, construction, consulting, software, etc.) Deep GoHighLevel experience CRM optimization Pipeline creation Sales automation Sales process documentation Comfortable on Zoom Excellent listener Excellent communicator Process-oriented Fluent English Strongly Preferred NEPQ training or experience 7th Level training Luxury residential construction Architecture Interior Design Design-build Home remodeling AI workflow experience SOP creation KPI dashboard creation Team coaching Sales leadership Personality I'm looking for someone who...
