Sales Coach & Sales Lead — AI & Automation Training Programmes

Overview We are a growing training company specialising in AI and automation education. We are looking for an experienced Sales Coach and Sales Lead who can drive revenue, manage and train a small sales team, make outbound calls, and onboard new staff members. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who leads by example. Key responsibilities Make outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective clients interested in AI and automation training Manage and motivate the sales team, setting targets and holding regular performance reviews Train team members on follow-up strategies, objection handling, and closing techniques Develop and implement lead follow-up processes and sales playbooks Onboard new sales staff, including induction training and shadowing programmes Report on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and team KPIs Requirements ✓ Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, ideally within education, tech, or training sectors ✓ Experience coaching or managing a sales team with measurable results ✓ Comfortable making calls and working a CRM system daily ✓ Able to create onboarding materials and train new hires remotely ✓ Understanding of or genuine interest in AI and automation ✓ Strong communication skills — written and verbal
