Do you know exactly how to scrape, enrich, and build a pristine target list from scratch, and then back it up with a great phone pitch? We are looking for a data-savvy, high-energy Cold Outreach & List Building Specialist to join our team as a future hire. In this role, you will be the primary engine driving our top-of-funnel pipeline. Your superpower should be finding the unfindable contact data using cutting-edge prospecting platforms, organizing that data flawlessly, and turning those cold lists into warm sales opportunities. Because this role relies heavily on US-based phone calling and representing the brand face-to-face, we require a native-level English speaker who can also join us on the road for major industry events. Primary Responsibilities 🎯 Data Sourcing & Advanced List Building Tool Mastery: Utilize premium B2B databases and prospecting intelligence platforms—such as Seamless.ai, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator—to extract highly accurate B2B contact data. Database Construction: Build, segment, and enrich custom prospect lists based on explicit Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buying signals. Identify Decision-Makers: Navigate complex corporate hierarchies to locate cell phone numbers and verified business emails for key stakeholders. 📞 Outbound Campaign Execution (Phone & Email) High-Volume Cold Calling: Pick up the phone daily to engage US prospects, navigate gatekeepers, handle objections, and secure qualified meetings. Cold Email Sequences: Draft, launch, and optimize highly personalized, multi-step cold email sequences tailored to your custom-built lists. Omnichannel Coordination: Synchronize your calling and email efforts into a seamless multi-touch cadence that maximizes response rates. ✈️ Trade Shows & Events On-Site Representation: Travel a few times a year to attend and participate in industry trade shows across the USA. Live Networking: Engage booth visitors, network with industry professionals, and actively book follow-up meetings live on the showroom floor. 📊 Data Management & Deliverability Maintain List Quality: Routinely audit, clean, and deduplicate CRM and lead database records. Protect Sender Reputation: Run lists through email verification tools (e.g., NeverBounce, ZeroBounce) to minimize bounce rates and safeguard email deliverability. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, or as an SDR/BDR. Communication: Native/unaccented English verbal skills are strictly required to ensure seamless communication with our US-based prospect pool over the phone. Travel Availability: Ability and willingness to travel within the USA a few times a year for trade shows. Prospecting Expertise: Proven experience building targeted mailing and phone lists from scratch using tools like Seamless.ai, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar data providers. Industry Pluses: Direct experience with B2B e-commerce platforms/ecosystems or a strong foundational understanding of inbound marketing alignment is a big plus. Data Hygiene: Strong analytical skills with a knack for sorting, organizing, and verifying data to protect domain health.
