Summary

The contractor will own end-to-end execution of the sales compensation with a heavy weighting toward CIQ administration. This role requires a high level of expertise in sales compensation and CIQ administration, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with company policies. • Own monthly commission calculation cycle for 100+ sales reps, including validation and payout file preparation • Partner with Finance on commissions forecasting and monthly accruals • Distribute compensation plans and support plan enablement to the sales organization • Manage rep inquiries and dispute resolution • Document processes, system configuration, and standard operating procedures • Assist with CaptivateIQ implementation: configuration, plan build, integrations, testing, and post-launch optimization • Worked with any of the following: CaptivateIQ, Spiff, Varicent, Everstage, Xactly
