Sales Consultant Needed

We're hiring a driven Sales Consultant to own our sales consultations and convert warm inbound interest into signed clients. You'll be the first voice prospects hear and the person who guides them from initial call to closed deal. What You'll Do Conduct sales consultations from Meta Ads booked calls, Upwork client calls, and inbound leads from other sources Qualify prospects, understand their financing and business planning needs, and recommend the right service package Manage the full sales cycle from discovery call to close Nurture leads inside our CRM (GoHighLevel / GHL) through timely follow-ups, sequences, and pipeline management Keep all lead activity, notes, and stages accurately updated in GHL Hit and exceed monthly consultation-to-close targets Collaborate with our delivery team to ensure smooth handoffs after closing What We're Looking For Proven B2B or consultative sales experience, ideally in professional/financial services Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or a comparable CRM Comfortable running video/phone consultations and closing high-intent leads Strong follow-up discipline and organized pipeline management Excellent communication skills and a genuine consultative approach (not high-pressure) Compensation Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission on closed deals Warm, pre-booked leads supplied and no cold prospecting required Growth potential as the firm scales How to Apply Send your resume and a short video presentation
