We pride ourselves on our client-centric approach and our commitment to helping businesses scale with confidence. **Job Description:** We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator + Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for supporting our sales efforts and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment. I. Sales Coordination & Operations (Focus: Efficiency) 1. **Lead Management:** Qualify incoming leads, manage lead assignment in the CRM, and ensure accurate tracking from initial contact to opportunity creation. 2. **Scheduling & Logistics:** Coordinate and schedule product demonstrations, introductory calls, and follow-up meetings between prospects and senior consultants. 3. **Proposal Support:** Prepare and finalize professional service agreements (SOWs), including accurately incorporating detailed pricing models (e.g., the Essential GRC Bundle, Drata Enterprise Foundation) and ensuring all necessary documents are complete and attached. 4. **CRM Administration:** Maintain the integrity and cleanliness of the CRM data, ensuring all activities, communications, and status updates are recorded promptly. II. Account Executive (AE) Duties (Focus: Revenue) 1. **Direct Sales:** Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market and startup clients, focusing on selling Axipro's core offerings: - **Compliance Services:** ISO 27001, GDPR, EU AI Act, AML, and specialized support like DGA readiness. - **Platform Sales:** Drive subscription sales for the **Drata Enterprise Foundation** and related value-added services like **Drata Custom Framework Building**. - **Audit & Security Services:** Sell SOC 2 Reporting services (following the established SOP) and 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) services. 2. **Value Communication:** Clearly articulate Axipro’s value proposition—delivering compliance readiness in **6 weeks** and ensuring clients pass external audits "with flying colors." 3. **Needs Assessment:** Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand the client's current security posture, personnel count (especially important for our startup pricing model), and compliance deadlines. 4. **Forecasting & Reporting:** Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts and contribute to monthly sales reports. Key Responsibilities: - Email Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring timely responses and proper categorization. - HubSpot Management: Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage sales leads, update client information, track sales activities, and generate reports. - Call Handling: Professionally handle incoming and outgoing calls, serving as a primary point of contact for clients and supporting sales team communications. - Presentation Preparation: Create and refine compelling presentations for sales pitches, client meetings, and internal reporting using MS PowerPoint or similar tools. - Document Management (MS Word): Prepare, format, and maintain various documents, including proposals, contracts, reports, and internal communications, using MS Word. - Notion Management: Organize and maintain information, tasks, and projects within Notion, ensuring all relevant data is accessible and up-to-date. - Sales Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and assisting with lead qualification. - Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and assist in preparing sales reports to track performance and identify trends. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or in a similar administrative support role. - Proficiency in managing email correspondence efficiently. - Demonstrable experience with HubSpot CRM. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint). - Experience with Notion or similar project management/collaboration tools. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. - A proactive and positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
