We design and deliver turnkey solutions across Australia, from initial enquiry and design through to installation and commissioning. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to help manage incoming enquiries and ensure no opportunity falls through. The Opportunity We are looking for a highly organised Sales Coordinator to support our sales activities and customer relationships. This is a remote role ideally suited to someone with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience working with CRM systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring all enquiries are responded to promptly within 24 hours and professionally while helping our Business Director stay focused on closing deals and delivering projects. Key Responsibilities Contact all new enquiries within 24 hours. Follow up existing quotations and proposals. Re-engage previous leads and inactive opportunities. Schedule meetings and appointments for the Director. Maintain and update the CRM system accurately. Prepare and send capability statements and standard sales documentation. Gather information from prospective clients to qualify opportunities. Coordinate with suppliers and internal team members to obtain required information. Track sales activities and provide weekly pipeline updates. Ensure no lead is left unattended. You will have: Excellent spoken and written English. A confident and professional phone manner. Previous experience in sales support, customer service, appointment setting, or inside sales. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Go HighLevel, Zoho, Salesforce, or Highlevel). The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. A proactive attitude and willingness to follow through. Highly Regarded Experience working with Australian clients. Experience in construction, industrial equipment, engineering, environmental services, or B2B sales. Experience with quoting systems and proposal administration. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 100% of new enquiries contacted within 24 hours. Book 5–10 qualified meetings per week. Maintain accurate CRM records. Weekly sales pipeline reporting. Reactivate dormant opportunities and generate new meetings. Employment Details Remote position. Part-time (20 hours per week) considered for exceptional candidates. Flexible working hours, with availability during Australian business hours required. Initial three-month probation period. Opportunity for long-term growth as WashBay HQ expands.
