Summary

We're a snack company based in the UK. We're looking for a confident, personable Telesales Representative to own all phone-based follow-up with our existing retail stockists. You'll work closely with our field sales team, handling the calling workload so they can focus on in-store visits and new business. The work is a cross between telesales and customer support - and you will need to communicate with customers over WhatsApp for Business and Email also. Key responsibilities - CRM management & prioritisation - Take ownership of our account CRM for retailers, using it (informed by the founders) to build a clear view of who needs contacting and why Stockist check-ins - Call existing retail stockists to do a stock check and establish whether they need a reorder - Aim to encourage reorders, and execute these via our ordering system - Keep thorough notes in Airtable after every call so field sales has full context Underperformance follow-up - Where stock isn't selling, try to understand why (placement, pricing, awareness, demand) and troubleshoot with the stockist - Suggest fixes — repositioning, different pricing, or marketing materials to aid sales — or loop in field sales for an in-store visit - Flag persistent underperformers so decisions can be made on the account Ideal candidate - Excellent phone manner — warm, clear, and confident on the phone. - Excellent English is a must - Sales / telesales and/or customer support experience preferred - Organised, with good follow-up discipline (nothing falls through the cracks) - Comfortable working UK hours Contract: - 2-week initial trial, with potential to extend or convert to permanent. You will be provided training during this time. - 3-4 hours per day, Monday to Friday - Remote — can be based anywhere in the world, provided you work UK hours
