Candidates based in Italy will be strongly preferred. Applicants must have a minimum of 3–4 years of proven experience in hospitality, luxury travel, tourism, hotels, villa rentals, concierge services, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), or related sectors. Role Overview We are looking for a proactive, organized, and results-driven Sales Development & Business Coordinator to support the growth of ItalyCharme's international business network and commercial activities. The ideal candidate combines strong business development skills with excellent relationship management and sales coordination capabilities, helping us expand partnerships and strengthen our presence in the luxury travel market. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Research and engage luxury travel agencies, tour operators, concierge companies, travel advisors, and hospitality partners across Europe and international markets. Coordinate sales activities, follow-ups, and partner onboarding processes. Manage and maintain CRM data, sales pipelines, and prospect databases. Prepare commercial presentations, proposals, and partnership agreements. Support negotiations and relationship management with key partners. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and market insights. Collaborate directly with management on growth strategies and market expansion initiatives. Represent ItalyCharme professionally and help strengthen the company's presence within the luxury travel sector. Mandatory Requirements Currently residing in Europe (mandatory). Residence in Italy is highly preferred. Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in hospitality, luxury travel, tourism, hotels, villa rentals, concierge services, DMCs, or related industries (mandatory). Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, partnership development, account management, or commercial coordination. Excellent written and spoken English. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and proactively. Experience using CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Existing network within luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, lifestyle, or tourism sectors. Experience working with international clients and B2B partnerships. Knowledge of the Italian luxury travel market. Additional European languages are a plus.
