Sales Development Manager

Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential new clients Research companies to create strategic communication plans Proactively schedule calls with prospective clients via phone and email (including cold calling) Knowledge of LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms Shadow and partner with Member Success Managers with a goal of supporting their monthly and annual revenue targets Interact with other sales, marketing, and project delivery staff to collaboratively determine customer needs Respond to requests from customers as needed in a courteous and professional manner Bid on grants & request for proposals Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role Previous background in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing or tele sales Proficient in MS Office and Google apps Experience in using any CRM Ability to adapt to new tools and software High level of accuracy and attention to details Ability to think on your feet Ability to articulate a value proposition and get to the decision maker Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
