PLEASE SUBMIT AND INTRO VIDEO ALONG WITH BID, OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. ================================================= We are an established digital mortgage platform — in business since 2003 selling technology to for loan officers, mortgage brokers, and retail mortgage lenders across the U.S. We sit at the intersection of mortgage tech and AI-powered marketing, and our customer base ranges from solo LOs to multi-branch lenders. We're hiring an experienced Account Executive on a contract basis to own the full sales cycle — prospecting, demoing, and closing — for our SaaS suite. The Role This is a full-cycle AE role. You'll be responsible for building your own pipeline, running discovery and product demos, navigating proposals and pricing conversations, and bringing deals across the finish line. You'll work closely with our marketing and customer success teams, but the deal is yours from first touch to signed contract. What you'll do - Prospect into mortgage professionals (loan officers, brokers, branch managers, retail lender execs) via outbound email, LinkedIn, and calls - Qualify inbound leads from marketing, events, and referrals - Run tailored product demos of Loanzify POS, our website platform, and mobile app - Manage opportunities through the pipeline in our CRM with clean, current notes - Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close subscription contracts - Hit monthly activity and revenue targets - Share market feedback with product and marketing Required - 3–5 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a track record of hitting quota - Mortgage, fintech, or real estate tech background strongly preferred - Comfortable running demos solo and tailoring them to different buyer personas (independent LO vs. enterprise lender) - Strong written and verbal English; clear, professional communication - Self-directed — you build your own day and report on outcomes - Reliable internet, quiet call environment, and U.S. business hours availability (or significant overlap) - Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Nice to have - Existing network in the U.S. mortgage industry - Familiarity with LOS platforms (Encompass, Calyx, LendingPad, etc.) - Experience selling to SMB and mid-market simultaneously ================================================= YOU MUST BE NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER AND HAVE NO ACCENT.
