B2B SDR / Appointment Setter - Cold Outbound Agency We run cold outbound in the US. Need someone to run the unified inbox across 5+ client campaigns, call leads, and book meetings on our clients' calendars. The job: Work the unified inbox daily across all client campaigns Call leads, qualify them, book meetings Enrich and verify contact data in Clay before dialing Send weekly lead sheets to clients Follow up 5-6 times on every interested lead before dropping Hit the cold pile when warm volume slows Target: 10-15 meetings showing up per month across the book. What we need: Native or near-native English. Neutral or American accent. You're calling US business owners. You need to sound like one of them. 2+ years B2B SDR or appointment setting, US prospects Phone confidence. Gatekeepers don't faze you. Can run 5+ client campaigns without dropping the ball on any of them Smartlead, HeyReach, Clay experience or you learn fast Quiet space, fast internet, headset, US dialer Relentless follow-up. 5-6 touches minimum on every lead. Hours: 9am to 6pm EST, Mon-Fri. One-hour lunch. Hard requirement. Don't apply if you can't commit. Pay: $1,500/month base, weekly through Upwork $25 per meeting that shows up. No-shows don't count. Paid monthly via Upwork bonus. Real total for solid reps: $2,200-$3,000/month First two weeks: $400/week trial plus commission earned. Fit on both sides, we move to monthly.
