The Role You'll run prospecting, list building, and outreach across every channel except LinkedIn (that's owned by a separate specialist). That means building targeted prospect lists, sourcing and verifying contact data, and running cold email outreach that books qualified discovery calls with founders and owners in our target verticals — home services, property management, franchising/multi-unit, agencies, and select nonprofit and PE. What You'll Do Build and maintain targeted prospect lists matched to our ICP Source, verify, and enrich contact data — emails, titles, company info Write and run cold email sequences (plus other non-LinkedIn channels like phone/SMS where they fit) Manage email deliverability basics — domains, warmup, inbox health Qualify replies against ICP criteria and book discovery calls for our closers Log activity, contacts, and pipeline in GoHighLevel / OODA Pro Hit weekly list-build, send, and booked-meeting targets What We're Looking For 2+ years of B2B SDR / outbound experience with a list-building and cold email focus Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel's prospecting tool (we run GoHighLevel, branded internally as OODA Pro) Hands-on with prospecting and data tools (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, Hunter, or similar) Experience with cold email platforms (Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar) Working knowledge of email deliverability — domain setup, warmup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC basics Strong written English; your copy needs to land and stay out of spam A proven track record booking qualified meetings — bring numbers Self-directed and consistent — you run the playbook daily without hand-holding Nice to Have Experience in home services, property management, franchising, or professional services Familiarity with EOS / Traction or fractional / agency business models
