Sales Development Representative — GoHighLevel Expert (Youth Sports Academy) JM Soccer Academy is a fast-growing youth soccer organization based in Las Vegas, NV. We operate Nike Soccer Camps across Nevada, Tennessee, and Utah, a Vegas Youth Soccer League, individual training programs, and a Premier Mentorship Program. We are generating a high volume of inbound leads from Facebook Ads and we need a Sales Development Representative who will call every lead — phone first, every time. --- 🏆 ABOUT THE ROLE This is a phone-first sales position. Your job is to call every new inbound lead within 30 minutes of entry, build rapport, qualify their interest, and book them onto the Director's calendar for an enrollment call. SMS and email are your follow-up tools — not your first move. If there is no answer, you leave a voicemail, then follow up with SMS, then email. In that order. Every time. --- 📋 WHAT YOU WILL DO • Call every new inbound lead within 30 minutes of entry — no exceptions • Leave a professional voicemail if no answer, then follow up via SMS and email • Manage the full lead pipeline inside GoHighLevel (GHL) • Book qualified leads onto the Director's calendar for enrollment calls • Re-engage cold leads from the past 60–90 days • Drive registrations for Nike Soccer Camps across 10 active locations • Send confirmation and reminder sequences to reduce no-shows • Track daily call volume, connect rate, and appointments booked • Report weekly on pipeline performance --- ✅ REQUIREMENTS • Proven experience in outbound phone sales, appointment setting, or SDR role • Hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) experience — pipelines, workflows, conversations (non-negotiable) • Confident and professional on the phone — strong spoken English is essential • Available during US business hours (Pacific or Mountain time preferred) • Reliable internet and a quiet environment for phone calls • Self-starter who does not need micromanagement • Minimum 20–30 outbound calls per day capacity --- 💰 COMPENSATION Base Salary + Commission A strong performer booking 50 calls/month and converting registrations earns meaningfully above the base rate. This role has a clear path to full-time for the right person. --- 📹 TO APPLY — YOU MUST SUBMIT: 1. A Loom video (4–6 minutes): Walk through a GHL pipeline you have managed, then tell us about a lead you converted that required multiple call attempts. Walk us through what you said and how you handled objections. 2. Your phone sales background: Daily call volume in previous roles, connect rate, appointments booked per week. 3.
