Reporting & Support This role reports directly to the Head of Sales, APAC and is supported by the Global Sales Enablement Manager, providing you with access to training resources, tailored outreach frameworks, and role-specific coaching to ensure fast ramp-up and continued success. Job Requirements (Full-time Role - APAC Markets) - Map and develop qualified leads from predefined hotel customer lists across the APAC region - Qualify leads by identifying correct decision-makers in hotel organizations - Understand and articulate key prospect pain points and commercial challenges - Warmly hand off qualified leads to the Account Executive team with actionable context - Schedule appointments and ensure seamless handover to Account Executives - Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in Salesforce - Be available and responsive during standard working hours in the APAC region Success Factors & Objectives - Maintain a proactive, multi-channel outreach cadence - Make 40–50 calls per day to targeted hotel prospects - Send 20–25 hyper-personalized emails per week, leveraging rich data sources - Build engagement within mid-market & SMB segment hotel accounts - Secure 2 highly qualified meetings per week with decision-makers (e.g., Revenue Managers, eCommerce Heads, Digital Marketing Leads) Ideal Candidate Profile -Proven experience in outbound sales or business development with a strong success record - Comfortable using Gong, Salesforce, Chili Piper, and associated CRM tools - Skilled at consultative discovery and booking conversations - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - Results-driven, tenacious, and a collaborative team player Bonus Points - Experience selling to hotels or the hospitality sector - Familiarity with mid-market hotel operations or regional brand groups in the APAC region - Understanding of OTA trends, direct booking strategies, and digital performance marketing in hospitality Tech Stack Provided by Triptease - Slack - Gong - GSuite - Salesforce - Chili Piper - Sales Navigator - Clay About Triptease Triptease is a leading Data Marketing Platform for hotels, founded in 2015 and based in London, Barcelona, New York, and Singapore.
