Compensation: 100% commission on meetings booked and completed (competitive per-meeting rate — details shared during screening) National Fitness Campaign (NFC) is seeking a motivated and mission-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound outreach and lead generation efforts for our nationwide public wellness initiatives. This is a contract, commission-only role, best suited to an experienced sales professional who wants flexible hours, a cause worth talking about, and a clear, measurable path to earnings. About National Fitness Campaign: National Fitness Campaign is a San Francisco-based wellness consulting firm dedicated to improving health and happiness in cities across America. Our team partners with the country’s largest healthcare organizations to support communities in planning, funding, and building outdoor Fitness Courts in public spaces. We deliver comprehensive services that make world-class fitness accessible to millions. See our 3-minute video: https://nationalfitnesscampaign.com/watch About the Position: Key Responsibilities: Research, identify, and engage qualified municipal, county, and education prospects across assigned regions. Conduct outreach via email and phone to generate interest in NFC’s programs. Schedule and coordinate briefing meetings between qualified leads and the Partnership Development team. Maintain accurate records of outreach, engagement, and pipeline activity within the CRM (Salesforce). Follow up with leads generated through inbound channels. Represent the NFC mission and values in all partner interactions, helping advance the goal of equitable access to outdoor fitness nationwide. Key Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in a sales or business development role (municipal, nonprofit, or public sector experience a plus). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Comfort with outbound outreach, prospecting, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Passion for public health, community development, or fitness initiatives. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
