Sales Development Representative (SDR) — Analytics Agency | Freelance Datastarter is an Analytics as a Service company. We act as the dedicated analytics team for web dev and media agencies — white-labeled under their brand. We handle the tracking, monitoring, reporting, and analysis. They take the credit with their clients. We are growing and looking for a freelance SDR to help us book discovery calls with the right agencies. We're looking for more than someone to execute a script — ideally, a lead generation partner who can own the prospection function and grow with us over time. Your job Your focus is outbound prospection via cold email and cold calls. You will identify web dev and media agencies in Canada and the US, reach out on our behalf, and book discovery calls. Who you are reaching out to: - Web development agencies and media agencies - 10–50 employees - Based in Canada or the United States - No dedicated analytics person in-house What we provide: - A detailed offer document explaining the service, the pitch, and how to handle objections - Email and call scripts, messaging guidance - Clear ICP (ideal customer profile) so you know exactly who to target What we expect: - Outbound cold email and cold call prospection (volume + quality) - Weekly report on outreach activity and results - Handoff of interested leads with context for the discovery call Compensation: - Base retainer (flat monthly fee) + commission per qualified booked call - Details to be discussed based on experience and proposed approach To apply: Tell us about your experience with cold outreach (email and calls), what tools you use for prospection, and share examples of past results (reply rates, meetings booked).
