Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Tech Sales

I am a B2B Tech consultant scaling my practice into an agency. I’m looking for a professional, coachable SDR to partner with me on a long-term basis. This is not a high-volume "churn and burn" telemarketing role. We call direct-to-mobile for high-level decision-makers in the B2B SaaS and Tech space. Because we are calling mobiles, the "vibe" is different: we are professional, respectful, and highly strategic. Why this is a great role: No Gatekeepers: We have the data; you’ll be speaking directly to the people who can say "Yes." Full Tech Support: I provide the dialer, the mobile data, and the playbooks. You provide the voice. Direct Access: You report directly to me. I handle the clients; you focus on the conversations. Growth: I’m looking for a "right-hand" caller. As I grow the agency, your role and compensation will scale. What I’m looking for: Coachability: You’re someone who enjoys reviewing calls, tweaking scripts, and improving 1% every day. B2B Tech Literacy: You can hold a conversation with a VP or C-level executive about SaaS solutions. You know how to be disarming and professional when calling someone’s personal device. Reliability: You treat this like a professional career. Compensation: Base Hourly: $15–$40+ (Negotiable based on experience and results). Commission: Paid per qualified meeting booked. We have hours ready to be worked but also some in the pipeline as we expand.
