Responsibilities -Conduct outbound calling campaigns to engage potential clients and generate new business opportunities -Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing customer needs and matching them with the right data and outreach solutions -Use our in-house CRM platform to track interactions, update lead information, and manage your sales pipeline — and help shape the tool as we build it out -Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects through warm calling and personalized communication -Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted outreach strategies and follow-up campaigns -Assist in scheduling meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales team members -Maintain a deep understanding of our data and Martech solutions to effectively communicate value propositions during calls Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles, preferably within Martech technology or software industries Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms Knowledge of technical sales concepts and business development strategies Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns with enthusiasm and persistence Customer service mindset with a focus on building rapport and trust with prospects Our ideal candidate is a closer at their core — someone with real sales experience who's happiest with a target in front of them. Software sales is the sweet spot, and high-ticket experience is a major plus: we want someone who knows how to walk a customer up to a big number and sell volume, including extra-large quantities of email and data, without flinching at the size of the deal. Confidence is non-negotiable. The right person walks into a conversation believing they'll win it, and they have the discipline to stay locked on the sales task at hand instead of getting pulled in ten directions. They're technically savvy — comfortable learning a product inside and out, picking apart competitor tools, and getting fluent in the broader Martech and data space fast. In this market, the rep who actually understands what they're selling (and what the other guys are selling) is the rep who wins. They're equally lethal on the phone and in the room. Most of our motion can run remotely, but a great rep can read a person face-to-face and close in person too — so someone open to travel and energized by meeting customers where they are has a real edge.
