Summary

SIPTA is a UK-based marketing company specialising in video production for trade shows and live events. We're testing our first outbound SDR hire on Upwork and looking for someone sharp on the phone who can turn cold calls into booked meetings. This is a full time role on a simple, fast-converting offer — you'll be calling business leaders, briefly pitching our trade show video service, and booking qualified meetings for the founder to close. A full script and regular training will be provided. No complicated product, no long sales cycle. What you'll do: make outbound calls (100-200 per day) against a target prospect list we provide, qualify leads before booking (right company, right person, genuine interest), book meetings directly onto our calendar, log every call and outcome in our CRM. We're looking for consistent daily call volume and a comfortable, confident phone manner. Pay structure: fixed monthly retainer of $1,300 USD with uncapped commission. Realistic OTE is $2800 USD per month. (happy to share full details with shortlisted candidates). What we provide: a defined target list to start from, call talking points, and CRM/tool access. Full training provided. Who we're looking for: someone with prior outbound calling, telesales, or SDR experience, clear and confident spoken English, comfortable with rejection and high call volume, and available to work 9AM-5PM (UK Hours)
