MarketCraft helps early-stage medtech and medical device companies build market visibility, credibility, and momentum with physicians, investors, and strategic partners. We are looking for a smart, proactive Sales & Business Development Associate to help support founder-led outreach, follow-up, research, and relationship development. This is not a generic appointment-setting role. We want someone who can think critically, communicate clearly, write thoughtful outreach, and help create real business opportunities. You will help: -Research target companies and decision-makers -Write personalized outreach -Manage follow-up and CRM activity -Support sales conversations and opportunities -Help organize and improve what’s working over time You might be a fit if you are: -High agency and proactive -Organized and detail-oriented -A strong communicator and writer -Curious about startups, healthcare, business, or sales -Comfortable figuring things out without perfect instructions -Interested in long-term growth and ownership Experience with sales, business development, startups, healthcare, LinkedIn outreach, or CRM tools is helpful but not required.
