**Sales Development Rep – Lead Research, Outreach, Sales Ops & Community Engagement** We're a fast-moving startup building a platform that helps important conversations happen — surfacing audience demand for podcast guests, topics, and speakers so the right dialogues actually get made (https://dlogos.xyz). Big vision, small team, meaningful mission. I'm the cofounder and I'm looking for someone hungry — not someone who already has every tool mastered, but someone who wants to learn fast, do real work, and grow alongside something worth building. I've been in startups for 10+ years and I take developing people seriously. You'll work directly with me, we'll build systems together, and I'll invest real time in making sure you succeed. **What you'd do:** - Research and verify contact info (email + social handles) for targeted prospect lists across multiple segments — podcast hosts, speakers, media companies, fans, and more - Validate and clean contact records before they enter the pipeline - Execute a high volume of manual direct outreach across X, email, and other channels — this is a core part of the role, not an afterthought - Work closely with me to develop and refine outreach playbooks, then systematize what's working so the operation becomes faster and more scalable over time - Keep our CRM (Airtable) clean, organized, and properly staged throughout the engagement - Monitor and respond to comments across Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, and elsewhere — adding genuine value to conversations on behalf of the brand - Help draft and refine outreach messages tailored to specific segments over time — no generic copy, ever - Maintain clear weekly pipeline reports so nothing falls through the cracks **What we're looking for:** - Hungry, ambitious, and eager to learn — this matters more than your current tool stack - Strong attention to detail; data quality is foundational here - Clear communicator with good instincts for tone - Comfortable picking up new tools fast — familiarity with Apollo, Clay, Hunter.io, ZeroBounce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Airtable is a plus - AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT are expected — you'll be using them heavily and getting sharper at them as part of the job - Someone who wants to be part of something early and meaningful - Bonus: experience in podcast, media, or the creator economy **Duration:** 3 months, with the relationship extending beyond that if it's going well — this is a potential contract-to-hire engagement Send a quick note on relevant experience, what stands out to you about dLogos, and why this feels like the right fit.
