We're a fast-moving startup on a mission to improve public discourse by helping important conversations happen — surfacing fan demand to get the right guests on the right podcasts (https://dlogos.xyz). Big vision, small team, moving fast. We have a playbook. We need someone to run it — and ideally, someone who wants to stick around and grow with us long-term. I'm the cofounder and I've been in startups for 10+ years. I'm looking for an outbound SDR who is an absolute killer at direct messaging — someone who can send a high volume of high-quality, authentic messages on X and other channels, and never let anything fall through the cracks. This is an execution role. The strategy is set. Your job is to be relentless, precise, and genuinely human at scale. We move incredibly fast, everyone operates with a high degree of autonomy and trust from day one, and I'll invest real time in making sure you succeed — and if you're the right person, there's a lot to learn and a lot of room to grow here. What you'd do: - Send a high volume of high-quality direct messages on X daily, following our proven outreach playbook (and leverage our AI tools and agents to execute efficiently without sacrificing quality) - Adapt messages naturally to each recipient while maintaining consistency and quality at scale - Develop taste and judgment over time — knowing when something feels off, when to push back, and when to bring a better idea to the table — we want you to voice disagreement when you have it - Execute outreach across email and other social channels as directed - Increasingly build and standardize operating processes as you go — turning what works into repeatable systems; we'll help you develop this muscle along the way - Log every touch meticulously in our CRM — we run on Attio (primary) and Airtable — so nothing gets lost - Flag replies, route responses, and help manage follow-up queues - Be autonomous and proactive — anticipate what needs to happen next and make it happen without waiting to be told What we're looking for: - Native or near-native English mastery — your written communication needs to be sharp, natural, and nuanced - Proven outbound or direct messaging experience — you've done this before and you're good at it - Extremely detail-oriented; CRM hygiene is non-negotiable - Proactive remote communicator — you ask great questions, flag blockers early, and don't go quiet - Significant overlap with Pacific Standard Time is required — we work closely and need real availability - Fast, reliable, and consistent — volume matters here but quality always comes first - AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT are expected — you'll be using them regularly and getting sharper at them on the job - Familiarity with X is a must. Familiarity with sales outreach tools and CRM tools is a strong plus Duration: 3 months to start, with strong potential to extend — this is a contract-to-hire opportunity for the right person This role is built for someone who wants more than a gig.
