Sales Development Representative

Sales Development VA - Email, SMS & LinkedIn Outreach Specialist. We're looking for a detail-oriented VA to manage multi-channel lead outreach and nurture sequences. You'll own the follow-up machine that keeps deals moving while our closers focus on conversations. Your role. Execute and manage daily email, SMS, and LinkedIn DM campaigns to qualified leads. You'll coordinate timing, maintain sequence integrity across channels, track engagement, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. No, you're not selling anything. You're warming the room and moving people closer to conversations. What we need. You've either worked in a sales support role before, or you're someone who's naturally systematic and can follow a process to the letter without getting creative. Email platforms, CRM management, basic sequence building. You should be comfortable in these tools. You understand that consistency beats perfection. You can manage multiple campaigns running simultaneously without losing track of who's been touched and when. You don't panic when there are 200+ people in the pipeline. The work. You'll implement and monitor outreach sequences across email, SMS, and LinkedIn. Timing matters. Personalization at scale matters. Tracking what's working and what's not matters. You'll coordinate with our sales team on call scheduling and follow-ups for people who've already had conversations.
