Sales Development Representative HR Unlimited Inc. is a trusted HR compliance and workforce solutions firm that helps federal contractors and employers navigate Title VII, EO 14173, OFCCP, and EEOC requirements. We provide affirmative action plan support, mock audits, compensation analysis, and workforce compliance services that protect our clients' federal contracts and help them build fair, high-performing organizations. Our clients trust us to stay ahead of constantly evolving compliance regulations, and we're looking for a sharp, organized SDR to help us connect with more of them. We're hiring a part-time Sales Development Representative to grow our pipeline by booking qualified meetings with HR and compliance decision-makers at companies that need our services. You'll be the first point of contact for many prospective clients, responsible for outreach, qualifying interest, and getting meetings on the calendar for our sales team to close. What You'll Do - Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to HR, compliance, and people-ops leaders at target companies (federal contractors and mid-to-large employers) - Qualify inbound leads from our website, webinars, and content downloads - Research target accounts to personalize outreach and identify the right contacts - Book qualified discovery calls/consultations on the sales team's calendar - Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of outreach activity, lead status, and conversations in the CRM - Follow a defined outreach cadence/sequence while adapting messaging based on prospect responses - Hand off qualified meetings with clear context so the sales team can run an effective first call - Track and report on weekly activity metrics (calls, emails, connects, meetings booked) - Collaborate with marketing/sales to refine messaging based on what's resonating with prospects What We're Looking For: - 1–3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales/lead-generation role - Comfortable with high-volume outreach (cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach) - Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to explain complex topics (compliance, regulatory risk) in a clear, compelling way - Experience using a CRM and sales engagement tools - Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and hit weekly activity/meeting targets - Resilient and coachable — comfortable with rejection and quick to apply feedback - Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-up
