Role Overview As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for building and managing outbound sales pipelines. Your primary focus will be identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. Success in this role is measured by the quality and volume of meetings booked for the client's sales team. Key Responsibilities • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. • Identify and qualify leads based on client-specific criteria. • Maintain accurate records of prospects and activities within CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce. • Handle objections professionally and navigate conversations with decision-makers and gatekeepers. • Meet or exceed outreach, lead qualification, and appointment-setting targets. Requirements • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a professional accent. • Previous experience in B2B sales, cold calling, telemarketing, SDR, or BDR roles. • Reliable high-speed internet, dedicated workspace, laptop/PC, and backup power solution. • Strong resilience, persistence, and ability to handle rejection. • Ability to quickly learn new industries, products, and sales processes. Compensation Structure • Commission-Based Start: The first 4 successful sales are fully commission-based to evaluate performance and closing ability. • Post-Qualification Package: After 4 successful sales, candidates transition to a hybrid model with a fixed basic salary plus an improved, higher commission rate per sale. • Performance Incentives: Commission becomes more aggressive and scalable after qualification, rewarding consistent performance and higher sales volume with significantly increased earning potential.
