Sales Development Representative

I'm looking for a Sales Representative for my US agency who also serves as our front-line closer, someone who can convert warm leads into paying clients and then ensure those clients have an exceptional experience from day one. On the sales side, you'll be handling inbound conversations with potential clients, following up on leads, addressing objections, and closing them into our done-for-you marketing packages. You'll need to understand our services well enough to confidently communicate value, handle pricing conversations, and guide prospects to a decision. On the client success side, you'll run onboarding calls for new clients, walk them through our process, set clear expectations, and make sure they have everything they need to get started. Ongoing responsibilities include responding to client questions, sending progress updates, maintaining strong relationships, and flagging anything that needs deeper attention from the team. You're the bridge between "interested" and "invested" and then between "invested" and "retained." Ideal candidates have: Prior experience in sales closing, customer success, or account management (ideally within a marketing or agency setting). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confident and consultative on calls, not pushy, but persuasive. A friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to read people and adapt your approach.
