Summary

A leader in franchising for the recruitment of executive talent is looking to hire a sales development representative for our franchise owners in the North American market. The position's primary responsibility is to get appointments for new business development and recruit candidates for the franchise's CEO. The job entails the following: - Using technology tools such as (HireEZ, Linked IN, and ZoomInfo) to get contact data - Reaching out using Phone, Email, LinkedIn, and HireEZ to share our firms' value proposition and to get appointments - Follow up on Marketing Automation campaigns and contact the opens - to set appointments for the CEO - Phone calls and voice mails sharing a value proposition, confirming appointments via the calendar, and scheduling Zoom meetings. ** We will provide all tools and training A successful day will consist of 150 calls/emails/LinkedIn messages that lead to 10 conversations that lead to setting two appointments daily. The compensation will be an hourly rate plus a potential success bonus. With success, the position can lead to - 1. Account Management Role 2. A senior recruiting Role 3. A business Development/Recruiting Role This is a long-term focused position where we want to educate and inform the successful candidate to have a fruitful career with our firm.
