Part-Time Growth & Partnerships SDR (Software Consulting) About Us We are a growing boutique software consulting firm specializing in Smartsheet implementations, PMO solutions, and workflow automation for mid-market and enterprise customers. We've built a strong reputation through referrals and exceptional delivery and are now looking to build a repeatable growth engine. The Opportunity We're looking for a part-time Sales Development Representative (10 hours per week to start) to help generate qualified meetings and expand our network. This is not a high-volume cold-calling role. We're looking for someone who enjoys relationship building, thoughtful outreach, and helping amplify our expertise in the market. What You'll Do Build and manage targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Conduct personalized LinkedIn and email outreach. Nurture relationships with software partner sales teams, especially within the Smartsheet ecosystem. Re-engage previous leads and dormant opportunities. Share and distribute our content, including YouTube videos, articles, and customer success stories. Help coordinate thought leadership opportunities, including guest articles, webinars, and case studies. Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach activity. Resources You'll Have Established relationships within Smartsheet's sales organization. Existing customer success stories and references. A YouTube channel with 1,000+ subscribers and over 200,000 views on our top video. LinkedIn Sales Navigator. A founder who closes approximately 40% of qualified opportunities. Success Metrics After a one-month ramp-up period, the primary KPI is: 1 qualified meeting booked per week. Additional KPIs: 30+ new prospects identified per week. 30-50 personalized outreaches per week. 5 partner relationship touchpoints per week. 5 reactivated opportunities per week. CRM updates and reporting. Ideal Candidate Experience in B2B lead generation or business development. Strong written communication skills. Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems. Highly organized and proactive. Experience with SaaS, consulting, project management software, or the Smartsheet ecosystem is a significant plus. Enjoys building relationships rather than simply making cold calls. Compensation Open to hourly plus performance incentives tied to qualified meetings and revenue generated. Potential Growth If successful, this role can expand significantly as our business scales. We are looking for someone who wants to help build our growth engine over the long term.
