We are a fast-growing AI healthcare company building a new category in Continuous Care Intelligence. We are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager / SDR Team Leader to help build and manage our offshore SDR lead-generation engine. This role is for someone who knows how to lead outbound SDR teams, drive activity, improve messaging, coach reps, enforce CRM discipline, and generate qualified leads for BDR teams. This is not a participation role. We are looking for a Doer. A Doer gets up to speed quickly, takes ownership, solves problems, drives results, and does not wait to be told what to do. We need someone with high integrity, grit, stamina, and the discipline to build a repeatable lead-generation process. Drivers wanted. Riders stay home. What You Will Do • Lead and coach offshore SDRs focused on outbound lead generation. • Build daily and weekly activity expectations. • Create and improve call scripts, email templates, LinkedIn outreach, and objection-handling guides. • Manage lead list execution, outreach cadence, CRM hygiene, and lead disposition. • Review calls, coach SDRs, run role plays, and improve conversion rates. • Create dashboards tracking calls, connects, conversations, replies, qualified leads, and handoff quality. • Ensure leads passed to BDRs are qualified, accurate, and actionable. • Identify problems quickly and install permanent process fixes. Ideal Candidate You have experience managing SDRs, BDRs, appointment setters, or outbound lead-generation teams — preferably offshore or remote. You understand outbound prospecting, sales cadence discipline, CRM management, call coaching, and performance accountability. Experience in healthcare, SaaS, AI, health tech, RPM, RTM, or complex B2B sales is a plus, but not required. What matters most is your ability to lead, execute, learn fast, and produce results.
